Day 1
We take a leisurely four hour drive up the Dolphin coast with a lunch / shopping stop at Illala Weavers. We arrive at Phinda Game Reserve around 14:00 and there is time to check in before we meet on the Forest Lodge deck for our pre-evening game-drive briefing and snacks. This is followed by a late afternoon / night drive in open safari vehicles with extremely knowledgeable guides, sundowners out in the bush and great opportunities for game viewing. Around 19:30 we return to the lodge for dinner.

Day 2 & 3
Two full days to explore and gain unique insights into the African bush. Your days start with an early morning wake up call followed by a sunrise game drive in open game viewing vehicles with highly qualified rangers in big five country. A late ‘brunch’ back at the camp followed by time to relax in camp, take a guided bush walk or do some bird watching. Afternoon tea on the deck (beware of the monkeys!) before setting off for a sunset game drive. Dinner back at the lodge on completion of the game drive.
This is a fully inclusive stay with only drinks being for your expense.
Overnight: Phinda Private Game Reserve.

Day 4
A final early morning game drive and after a late breakfast we depart and travel back to Durban with a stop at the Zulu craft market for some last minute shopping.
